Class Act, Or Mendacious Moral Midget?
As students living in the United States, we condemn in the strongest possible terms the recent escalation in US military aggression across the Middle East and the rest of the world. As explained in greater length on our original About” page (copy posted here ), meeting only among ourselves, and without involving the remainder of the larger group, we decided to launch new poster campaigns, and a new blog, under the name Harvard Law Unbound,” a name which had never previously been used by anyone at Harvard Law School.

In his Class Day speech, despite his extensive background in the area, presumably Toobin will not delve into the sex lives of overachievers, a topic already referenced on Class Day (by Samantha Power three years ago ). More likely, if past is prologue , Toobin will reference his close friendship during law school with former Dean, and current Justice, Elena Kagan (knowing that decorum bars her from revealing she barely remembers this name-dropping, mendacious moral midget).
As this challenging week ends, I would like to reach out to members of the Harvard Law School community on the U.S. East Coast and beyond who have been affected by this week’s devastating storm, and let you know that our thoughts and support are with you as we all work to recover from the considerable destruction left in Hurricane Sandy’s wake.
